What's supported today

Full Arabic and English bilingual support across the app and this website, including right-to-left (RTL) layout for Arabic screens. This website uses standard semantic HTML — headings, landmarks, labelled form fields, and a skip-to-content link. The app's design conventions require accessible labels on icon-only buttons and on list rows for assistive technology, though this has not yet been verified through independent testing (see below).

What hasn't been audited yet

We have not completed a formal accessibility audit — for example, WCAG 2.1/2.2 conformance testing, screen-reader testing across every flow, or colour-contrast verification on every screen. Some areas of the app and website may not yet meet accessibility best practice, and we do not claim a certified conformance level on this page.

If you run into an accessibility barrier on this website or in the app, contact us via Contact or Support and describe what you were trying to do and what happened. A reviewed accessibility statement, informed by testing, will be published before a public or hospital launch.
