There is no public status page, uptime figure, or incident history published for Anas. This page explains how service and incident information is currently shared while Anas prepares its invitation-only beta.
How updates are shared
Status: service updates are shared with invited beta participants. Anas does not publish a public status board, uptime percentage, or incident history before launch. If a beta flow is affected, information is shared through the approved participation channel used for that beta wave.
If something looks wrong during a beta flow
If you have an authorised beta invitation and something looks wrong, contact us via Contact or Support. Do not send symptoms, medical records, identity documents, or payment-card details through this public website or ordinary email.
Before a public status page is published
A public status and incident-communication process — including severity levels, update cadence, and historical incident records — must be defined and approved before it applies to a public or hospital launch. Until then, do not rely on this page as a live status feed.
Anas is not an emergency service. If you think you or someone else may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

إذا كانت لديك دعوة تجريبية معتمدة ولاحظت خللاً، تواصل معنا عبر صفحة التواصل أو الدعم. لا ترسل الأعراض أو السجلات الطبية أو وثائق الهوية أو بيانات البطاقة عبر هذا الموقع العام أو البريد الإلكتروني العادي.
قبل نشر صفحة حالة عامة
